Before applying, make sure the timing, expectations, and focus of this program are a fit.
Participants must be between 20 and 29 years old.
The cohort will be limited to 12 people.
There are no regional requirements—you can join from anywhere, as long as you can commit to the full program.
You don’t need to be Japanese American to join. While the program centers on the Japanese American community, all are welcome.

Interested in fresh ideas and isn’t afraid to take initiative or try new approaches.
Focused on the work, not the recognition.
Able to fully participate in the retreats, workshops, and committee work throughout the program.
